To develop the school’s philosophy, methodologies and management structure in a manner consistent with the owner’s aims of establishing a high quality international school.
This will include:
- Providing curriculum leadership
- Developing and implementing a school development plan
- Chairing a leadership team consisting of academic and pastoral coordinators
- Meeting regularly with the whole academic faculty
- Chairing the parent delegates’ meetings
- Managing the administration team
- Overseeing staff appointments, welfare, appraisal and discipline
- Organising an appropriate professional development programme
