Job Purpose

  • To assist and deputise for the Principal
  • To act as the legal Head of School (Directora Oficial)

Key Tasks

Administration

To take full responsibility for all official paperwork, such as the following:

  • Official status of school
  • Employee records
  • Student records
  • OIM
  • CONAM

Management

To assist the Principal in matters related to the management of the school’s staff, such as the following:

  • Appointments
  • Induction
  • Appraisal
  • Welfare
  • Discipline

To organise school events and promote projects such as the following:

  • Environmental Project
  • Charitable Activities

Other Duties

  • Infants Coordinator 
  • CAS Coordinator
