Aims: 

• All staff and students to have a smart appearance
• Students to learn the importance of appropriate appearance
• Everyone to feel comfortable, wearing appropriate clothing for their work

Objectives:

• Staff and Students should dress neatly, in appropriate clothing (school uniform for students, professional dress for staff)
• Staff help students understand and accept the reasons for having a dress code
• Long hair to be tied back neatly (eyes to be visible at all times!)
• Swimming caps to be worn in the pool
• Where appropriate, male students should be clean-shaven
• Jewellery is not to be worn for safety reasons (apart from ear studs)
